$525,000 For Victim Of Shooting

Diane Robinson, a single mom out celeb- rating her 44th birthday, was standing by her open car door at a City of Orlando parking lot hugging her date when three young men wanting to rob someone walked up to her and shot her in the neck without warning. The bullet entered her neck, traveled up through her jaw, and lodged behind her left ear, miraculously missing her aorta but permanently damaging her cranial nerves. Tragically, Diane was already disabled at the time of her

shooting as a result of congenital skull defect, but had recently undergone successful surgery and was healthy again for the first time in 14 years. We sued Argenbright Security on Diane's behalf for negligent security at the parking lot and after extensive discovery settled Diane's case for $525,000 on the eve of trial.
